Information you send us

We receive what you write to us. In a business enquiry that is usually your name and company, your contact details, the product and specification you are asking about, the application and market, and any file you attach.

How we use it

We use it to answer your enquiry: to identify the product, to send the documents you asked for, to prepare a sample or a quotation, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request and to keep an ordinary commercial record. You can ask us to delete them, and we will, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep them.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. It is seen by the people in our company who handle your request, and by service providers that support our operations, only as far as that support requires. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the address below and we will respond to your request.
