COA, TDS, SDS and certificates: what is available per product, and how to request documents.

Documents available

What we can send

Product documents can be sent at the first enquiry. Batch documents follow once the product and the batch are fixed.

Request a document

At the first enquiry

  • The standard specification of the product;
  • A representative COA (certificate of analysis), to screen the material;
  • The TDS (technical data sheet) and the SDS (safety data sheet);
  • The public certificates held for the product.

Once the batch is fixed

  • The batch COA, issued for the lot you receive;
  • The stability report, where the project requires one;
  • Raw test data, once the project and the batch are defined;
  • Any other batch document your file needs.

Documents are requested through this site and sent to you; none of them is downloaded from these pages. ISO 22000 is held and is shared with the scope it names; any other certificate is confirmed for the product, the market and the use.

How to request

How to ask for a document

One message is enough when it names the product, the document and the market it is going to be used in.

  1. Name the product

    The product name or its product code, taken from the product page or the product list.

  2. Name the document

    A specification, a COA, a TDS, an SDS, a certificate or a declaration.

  3. Add the batch and the market

    The batch number if you have one, the destination market and the intended use, so the answer matches your file.

Request a document

Send the product, the document you are missing and the market it is going to be used in, and we reply with what exists for that combination.

A first enquiry does not have to name a batch.
